The short answer

All time frames on this page are counted in business days, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

1. Order cut-off

Orders placed before 6:00 PM MT (Mountain Time), Monday through Friday, begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off, or on a weekend or U.S. federal holiday, begin processing on the next business day.

2. Processing

Processing takes 3-5 business days. During this window your order is picked, quality-checked and packed at our partner warehouse. Processing time is separate from transit time and is not included in it.

3. Transit

Once your parcel leaves the warehouse, transit takes 8-12 business days to arrive at a U.S. address. Your order is shipped from our partner warehouse in China and enters the United States through a customs facility before it is handed to the domestic carrier.

Added together, most orders arrive 11-17 business days after they are placed. These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs inspections, carrier backlogs, severe weather and incorrect addresses can add time, and none of these are within our control.

4. Shipping rates

The free-shipping threshold is measured against your order total after any discount code is applied, and before sales tax. If a discount brings your total below $60.00, the $7.95 rate applies.

5. Carriers and P.O. Boxes

We ship with USPS and FedEx. The carrier is selected at the warehouse based on the destination.

We do deliver to P.O. Boxes. Orders addressed to a P.O. Box are shipped via USPS, because FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

6. Delivery area and exclusions

We deliver to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, D.C.

We do not currently deliver to:

• Alaska and Hawaii
• Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands and other U.S. territories
• Military addresses (APO, FPO and DPO)
• Any address outside the United States

Checkout will not accept an order for an excluded destination. If you believe you reached this message in error, email us and we will confirm.

7. Import duties and sales tax

Import duties are already included in the price you see. You will not be asked to pay customs duties or import fees to the carrier when your parcel is delivered.

Sales tax is separate. Where applicable, U.S. state and local sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Product prices on the site do not include sales tax.

8. Tracking

When your order ships, we email a tracking number to the address used at checkout. Tracking can take 2-5 business days to show its first scan after the email arrives, which is normal for an international first leg. If your tracking has not updated for more than 10 business days, email us and we will open a trace with the carrier.

9. Split shipments

Orders with more than one item may arrive in more than one parcel, on different days, with separate tracking numbers. You are not charged extra for a split shipment.

10. Address errors, failed delivery and lost parcels

1. Address changes. Email us within 24 hours of ordering. Once a parcel leaves the warehouse we cannot change the address.
2. Undeliverable or refused parcels. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, or because delivery was refused, we will refund the item price once the parcel reaches our returns center. The original $7.95 shipping charge is not refunded in this case.
3. Marked delivered but missing. Check with neighbors and your building's mail room, then email us. We will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
4. Lost in transit. If tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days past the top of the estimated window, email us. We will replace the order or refund it in full, your choice.

11. Cancelling an order

You can cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of placing your order, by emailing support@merrycornerz.com with your order number. After 24 hours the order has usually entered picking and cannot be stopped; you can still return it under our Returns & Refunds Policy.
